    Please call 605-842-2626.  Our staff is available to schedule your appointment between 8:00a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Appointment Check-In:

Please allow an extra fifteen minutes to register for your first visit to the clinic.  This will allow time for the initial paperwork that needs to be completed to establish your chart.
For your return to clinic visits please check in at the reception desk a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
