Phone Calls

    Our Nursing Staff is available to answer questions regarding your medications, refills, and other medical concerns.  These calls can be handled by your physician's nurse who will consult the physician and get back to you as quickly as possible.  (It may be necessary for the nurse to call you at the end of the day.)  Please leave a phone number where you can be reached.

    When talking to a nurse please have the necessary information available:

Age and weight (if a child)

Temperature

Vomiting

Allergies

As well as other information you feel is IMPORTANT.

    The nursing staff works with your physician to provide quality medical care for you.  There may be times your nurse will advise you to schedule an appointment to see your physician.
