Top prospects are featured here: www.paintsandpalominos.com Foals are also available from the Sanctuary’s superb Registered Paint and Quarter mares and stallions. The herd sires include AQHA palomino stallions Hunts Lonesome Frost and Ole Sugar Alamitos and APHA black and white tobiano stallion Docs Smooth Playboy. The registered horses are the culmination of decades of careful breeding. These foals are show quality and make exceptional pleasure or ranch horses. Our stallions and mares are selected for their agreeable dispositions and all have excellent bloodlines. • Registered Horse Program: Our domestic horse program consists of thirty spectacular yearlings to four year old Paints and Quarter mares and geldings. All of these young prospects have working bloodlines and were raised on the open range in a natural environment. Each youngster has been started with basic gentling and groundwork. Several two and three year olds are being started under saddle and would make wonderful ranch or arena horses. Check on our website under Registered Foals on our website and also go to www.paintsandpalominos.com to view the available horses. • Domestic Bliss: Two surprise foals joined our domestic horse program in 2010. The spectacular sorrel and white paint colt was born first and he really created a joyful afternoon as he came down with the Paint mares to drink and there he was thinking he was a big as the rest of the adult horses. The visitor that saw him first told the driver to look at that baby and so the joy began. No one could believe their eyes. The next week brought an additional surprise as the adorable black filly was born in the same Paint herd during Sturgis Rally and was immediately sold. The colt is still available • Our goal is to prepare the young horses for potential ranch or arena work and offer to you outstanding prospects that will go onto to be your equine companion for many years!
