Your tour dollars help to keep the wild horses running free! Directions: Just minutes from Hot Springs, South Dakota. Travel 12 miles south on HWY 71. Go across Cheyenne River Bridge. Look for Wild Horse Sanctuary road sign on right side of road. Turn right on Rocky Ford Road and then right on Highland Road. Travel three miles to Visitor’s Center up on a small hill. Stay in Historic Hot Springs. Visit Mammoth Site, Evans Plunge, Wind Cave, and Custer State Park.
Special Reminder: Don't forget your sunglasses, camera, film and batteries. Bring water to drink. Hats and sunscreen advised. Please wear enclosed shoes or boots. No flipflops or barefeet. Cactus, rocks and rattlesnakes may grab toes!
