Smoking

Anise's BnB4Pets is a smoke free establishment.
For guest and pet health & safety, smoking outside only in designated areas.

Reservations

Reservations secured by credit card: MasterCard or Visa
Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Cancellations

A $25 administrative expense applies to all cancellations.
No other charges apply for cancellations received 14 days prior to the arrival date.
For cancellations with less than 14 days notice the full room rate for all nights reserved applies unless we are able to rebook the room.
Major holidays & events require a 21-day cancellation notice.
If no cancellation notice is received the full amount of the stay is charged.

~ Our policies ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of our doggy guests & their people.

Pets in guest suites: Potty-trained pets welcome in guest suites. Courtesy crates available for younger dogs.
Pet supervision: No unattended loose pets in guest suites. Courtesy crates available while your pet is here and you're out to dinner.
Oops: Accidents do happen ~ Please let us know so we can sanitize appropriately.
No pet deposit: However we reserve the right to full reimbursement for any damage caused by doggy guests or their owners.
Friendly pets: All doggy guests should be non-aggressive toward other doggy guests and their people.
Safe n sound: For safety reasons all doggy guests should be leashed outside fenced area.
Vaccination records required:
~ Rabies - Distemper - Bordetella
~ Titer test accepted
~ Please send prior to check-in
(US mail or scan to e-mail)
~ Complete vaccinations for puppies
~ Pet guests must be in good health
